Negroni

The Negroni was born in Italy, it was created by Count Camillo Negroni. It’s an excellent aperitif to take in the afternoon before dinner or to accompany some brunch. It’s also a very easy drink to make at home, here we go with the recipe.

INGREDIENTS

– 30% Gin

– 40% Vermouth Rosso

– 30% Campari

– Orange slices

– Cherry to decorate (optional)

– Ice

PROCEDURE

– It is a direct drink, which means that it’s made in the same glass where it will be consumed, without using a cocktail shaker or blender. Traditionally it’s served in an Old Fashioned glass.

– You simply have to place all the ingredients in the glass, mix them and it’s ready to drink.

– Enjoy it!

Gin is produced by fermenting and distilling corn, barley or rye. Later, it is flavored with juniper berries.
