Nutella Mousse Cake

Nutella by itself is amazing, so imagine what a Nutella cake would be. Yes, it’s one of the best chocolate cakes that the human race has created. Let’s go for it!


Chocolate base:

– 30gr Oil

– 100gr Sugar

– 1 Eggs

– 100gr Flour

– 3gr Baking powder

– 30gr Unsweetened cocoa

Nutella mousse:

– 150gr Nutella

– 100gr Cream

– 150gr Melted butter

– 70gr Sugar


Chocolate base:

  1. Mix the oil, the cocoa and the sugar.
  2. Add the egg and mix.
  3. Add the flour, the cocoa, and the baking powder. Integrate to form a dough. Place inside an 18cm diameter ring.
  4. Cook in a medium preheated oven at 160 ° C until firm. Let it cool down.

Nutella mousse:

  1. Beat the cream with the sugar until it reaches a firm peak.
  2. Mix the Nutella with the melted butter.
  3. Combine both preparations until you get a homogeneous color.
  4. Place inside the mold on the chocolate base.
  5. Leave in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
  6. Unmold and decorate with chopped hazelnuts and chocolate sauce.
